Windy Day!

Hello, and welcome!

Another Wednesday, and another Stretch 'n' Bubbles image to highlight.
This one is called Windy Day, and I just had to make an Autumn card with it........and living in the UK, we certainly get more than our share of windy autumn days, especially in October, for some reason!

As those of you who have been around my blog for a while will know, I don't "do" purple.........it's just never been a  colour that appeals to me..........but.........I think that certain people must have been casting a few spells, because I'm actually finding myself almost lik......lik....hmmph....liking it....there!...I've said it, and my tongue is burnin'....aaaaghh!

Here's how Windy Day looks in the shop...(you just have to click on the name to be taken there)....

And this is how I dressed her up........

I used some old K&CO papers, and  coloured her up with Promarkers.....don't you just hate it when your brolly does that?........

Get an eyeful of those boots.....wonder if they come in my size?.........the image background is a Nestie, cut from Bazzil cardstock......

I used scraps of vellum to make the ickle windmill, and finished it with a Card Candi shiny thingy in pur....purp....purple.......ha!

Used some die-cuts leaves to make a pile, and plonked a button on top....think it's supposed to be a sunflower, but I atacked it with orange and ppppp...purple Sharpies......

Finished the card with a corner piece, punched from the same paper as the lacy bit in the middle of the card, and using a Martha Stewart punch.....all done!

Let me know watcha think....even if it's only to comment on me going over to the dark side....HAAAAA!
