Food, Glorious Food!

Hello, and welcome!

We're having a celebration of all things

FOOD RELATED
and we'd love it if you joined us!

Our very popular sponsor this week is

who will be providing our randomly drawn winner with a fabulous bundle from the store.

I chose to play with this cute little Baker Boy image.....
The card base is a white 6 in x 6 in square and I used papers from a paper stack that I found at my local supermarket......can't say what the brand is because it had no cover and was in the Bargain Bin.....nice papers, though.....

I coloured the image with my usual Promarkers and fussy-cut it, then popped it onto a kraft tag that I'd run through my Big Shot with a Cuttlebug folder.....I used a piece of brown paper string and a piece of garden string to tie off the top of the tag.  I also used a piece of brown card, (embossed), across the bottom of the tag.  The same brown embossed card was used as the bottom layer for the two stars and sentiments blocks.

I had to take the photos on the windowsill because the light was so poor on this very wet day.
Please take a look at the delights that have been created by the rest of the Design Team.

I'm sorry I'm not very chatty, today......we lost our beautiful almost 15 year old black Labrador, Bonnie, on Wednesday......I'm heartbroken.  Sorry.

  21. Pasta with rich and creamy Alfredo sauce has to be one of the most decadent, indulgent - and gratifying - comfort foods going. Pure butter, heavy cream and savory Parmesan cheese are melted together, blended into perfectly-cooked al dente noodles and piled high in a delectable mound. A generous dusting of fresh-cracked black pepper is the crowning touch. Mmmm. What could be better, right? If you're in the mood for a rich taste treat, pasta Alfredo hits the spot. To baked recipe the nutritional value of this dish, simply add fresh, seasonal veggies and lean protein such as grilled chicken or shrimp. However you like your Alfredo, it's a scrumptious serving of pure culinary joy.
